Shipment and Delivery

Delivery takes place as soon as the product is ready. You can expect delivery of the package within 7 working days. In certain periods, around bank and summer holidays, deliveries can take longer than this. We ship from Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your shipping destination to ensure speedy fulfillment and delivery.

Shipping times will vary. To find out the estimated shipping time, add a product to the cart and enter your shipping info. Though, no rights can be derived from these estimates. International orders can sometimes take up to 14 days due to customs. Unfortunately we have no control over this. If a package has not been delivered 20 days after it has been shipped, please contact us within 60 days after purchase via the support page, so we can find an appropriate solution.
