- Delivery in 2-3 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
- UAE Express Shipping
- Delivery in 1–2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
UAE shipping for all customized product Unique Personalized Birth Chart Book takes 6-10 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), Unique Individual Birth Chart Frame and Unique Couple Birth Chart Frame 2-3 working days.
International Delivery – UNIQUE U FZE
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by destination. Usually 3-5 working days for (candles, boxes, bracelets) and for customized products (books and frames) 8-10 working days
- Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the courier or Unique U FZE.
Unclaimed Parcels
- Customers are responsible for tracking and collecting their parcels.
- If your package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, a new shipping fee will be charged to re-deliver the parcel OR a return admin fee of $10 (UAE orders) or up to $40 (international orders) will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds on Free Shipping
If you qualified for free shipping on your original order but later return items, causing the total order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee that would have applied will be deducted from your refund.

Important International Shipping Information
- Unique U FZE ships international orders via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal partners.
- Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties and taxes, payable by the customer before final delivery.
- If customs fees are not paid and your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee or a return admin fee (up to $40) will apply.
- We are not responsible for uncollected parcels or delays caused by customs.
