At Unique U FZE, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your order isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and straightforward. Please read the policy carefully before making a return.
UAE RETURNS
- Returns must reach us within 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered for a refund back to your original payment method.
- Returns received between 15 and 28 days will be issued as store credit only.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Outside UAE)
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- International returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only (no direct refunds).
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Final Sale and Last Chance items (strictly non-returnable)
- All personalized products like:
Unique Personalized Birth Chart Book
Unique Individual Birth Chart Frame
Unique Couple Birth Chart Frame
⚠️ Any non-refundable item sent back will be rejected and returned to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items must be free from any damages.
- To start your return, please email uniquebirthchart@gmail.com with your order number and details.
RETURN PROCESSING TIMES
- Returns are processed within 14 business days once received at our facility.
- Refunds/credits will be issued only after inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
- If you wish to return your items once received, please follow the return process above.
RETURNS & FREE SHIPPING
If your order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces your total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost + processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE
- No restocking fee applies. However, if you return your entire order or if returns exceed $200 USD, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
